VAT Inclusion: All pricing is inclusive of VAT.
Pricing Accuracy: All prices mentioned in this Landscaping Quote are accurate to the best of Green Oaks Landscaping’s knowledge. Any queries should be discussed with Green Oak Landscaping prior to work commencement.
Scope of Work: Upon acceptance of this Landscaping Quote and receipt of the agreed payments as per the outlined schedule, Green Oaks Landscaping will commence the services specified in the proposal on an agreed date.
Access to Property: Green Oaks Landscaping must receive sufficient access to the property where works will be undertaken.
Access Delays: Should access not be provided, resulting in a delay to the project, additional charges may apply.
Additional Work: Any additional work required must be agreed upon by both parties before it is undertaken. If additional costs are incurred, these must be pre-approved in writing.
Payment Terms:
• A 20% deposit is required to confirm the project start date in the schedule.
• A further 30% payment is due upon commencement of the work.
• The remaining 50% balance is payable upon completion of the agreed work outlined in the proposal.
Proposal Agreement: By signing this proposal and making the initial deposit, the client agrees to the pricing, terms, and conditions outlined. Upon receipt of the signed proposal and deposit, Green Oaks Landscaping will proceed with ordering any required materials and scheduling the work.
Trading and Invoicing: Green Oaks Landscaping is a trading name of SAW Corporation Limited. All invoicing will be issued by SAW Corporation Limited, and payments must be made to this entity.
